The one idea
Don't give them ammo.
Loose activist language hands the non-vegan ammo. Every loose word is a round they fire back to deflect, stall, and pull the conversation in circles. The disciplined activist gives them nothing: holds the frame, says exactly what they mean, answers every question directly, and leads smoothly to the conclusion.
This is not stonewalling. You engage warmly. You answer everything. You just refuse to hand over a word that can be turned around. That is the whole slogan: don't give them ammo.
Feel the chain
When you give ammo, you spend the rest of the conversation chasing the deflection you invited. That chasing is where your energy goes, and energy given away in circular chasing is why activists quit. Giving them nothing is how you last.
Compare the two lanes below. The danger lane starts with one loose word and drains you to burnout. The disciplined lane holds the frame, hands over nothing to grab, answers then leads, and keeps your energy for the next conversation.

What counts as ammo
Each row is a loose word or move, and the round it hands over. The tighter move holds the frame and gives nothing. Read the left column as the words to stop handing over, never as approved phrasing.

The words "abuse", "cruel", and "humane" appear here only as the ammo we teach you to stop handing over. They are never the frame we endorse. The frame is always use and exploitation.
