Practice

Start a conversation

There is no menu on the street. By default you meet one unknown person and just talk, the way it really happens.

Sign in and the coach will pick each conversation for you, shaped around what you need to practice.

Say agree, not believe

Ask 'Do you agree?' not 'Do you believe?' Belief triggers religion and semantics tangents. Agreement keeps the conversation on stated values.

Weak: Do you believe humans should respect other animals?
Strong: Do you agree that humans should respect other animals?

Let them acknowledge hypocrisy — don't give the answer

Do not call them a hypocrite from line one, and do not rush to label them. Ask step 3 clearly so they conclude that respect and exploitation cannot coexist. Sometimes we give them the answer too quickly instead of letting them say it.

Weak: You're a hypocrite because you're not vegan.
Strong: Can you truly respect other animals if you use them for your purposes?

Do not launch into health or environment

Do not open with veganism being healthy or good for the planet. When asked the biggest advantage, justice and ending hypocrisy — not health. Only address health if they raise it genuinely.
